Accreditations, Endorsements & Policies

You can have full confidence in all recruitment consultants at next level, as we've had in-depth training across all things IR35 and GDPR, after successfully passing the Compliance+ training course, developed by APSCo. This course ensures the highest accreditation and legal compliance has been achieved and covers areas such as IR35 and Off/Payroll legislative changes, enabling us to advise businesses and candidates on the changes in the private sector; we all have a thorough understanding of the regulations around Equality, Diversity and Discrimination when recruiting; our knowledge around the different payment methods of freelancers is up to date, whether that be via LTD company, sole trader set up or through Umbrella models. Also the compliance involved in payrolling using those methods; and importantly a commitment to confidentiality, GDPR and data protection at all times.
