Brand Strategist in Birmingham

As the Brand Strategist you will take charge with clients ranging from start up founders to global CMOs and it will be down to you to define the problem, set the strategic direction and guide the development of brand and marketing programs.

The strategy team are at the tip of the spear within this business, instigating projects, advising board level execs and instilling belief in the transformation required to create greater returns. You'll define new brands, reposition tired ones and develop marketing program strategies. Be a trusted consultant to your clients, advising on business growth, marketing initiatives and asking those challenging questions, provoking sometimes unconsidered directions of thought, all to build a business case and strategy beyond the expected and norm.

To be considered for this role, you must have experience in a brand, comms or marketing consultancy, with a strong track record of advising on business growth in a strategy led position.

It goes without saying that you'll be a strong and persuasive presenter in front of company boards and able to work through research and analysis at pace, to unlock relevant insights. Comfortable and confident leading working sessions, conducting in-depth interviews and building relationships.

You'll also be a strong writer, able to craft compelling narratives, whether that's across presentations, briefs or manifestos.
