This newly created position is a little bit different. As Digital & AI Lead, you'll be responsible for:

• leading their training academy offering, managing the training programmes and ensuring that they're engaging and relevant
• Delivering cutting edge training on AI within marketing strategies
• Growing the offering and exploring growth opportunities

If you're an experienced marketeer and you're passionate about AI and the impact it can have on marketing then this could be the perfect role for you.

Ideally you'll have worked in an agency and thrive in creative environments.

You'll have a natural flair for business growth and get a buzz from identifying new commercial opportunities.

An excellent salary (this can be disclosed when we talk through the role with you) and hybrid working is on offer with this position.

The agency is based in South Warwickshire and you'll need to be able to travel to their new offices 2 days a week.
