This phenomenal Midlands business are on an epic growth journey and are now looking for an experienced and capable Marketing and Sales Manager, to join their ever expanding, highly successful team!

Description

As the Marketing and Sales Manager your role will focus around content marketing and sales outreach/activation.Your day to day will centre around lead generation, campaign management and content production.

Key responsibilities:

  • Sales Outreach & Lead Generation: Driving outbound sales initiatives, attend / organise events, execute follow-ups, qualify leads, and nurture prospects.
  • Campaign Management: Execute multi-channel media marketing campaigns (e.g. DM, LinkedIn, email) working with third-party vendors – paid and organic.
  • Content Production: Oversee the design & production of planned content (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, organic social media posts) as well as proactively suggest / help to create sales content.
  • Date integrity: Maintain data integrity, create CRM automations and prioritise prospects within the system.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics, optimize sales campaign performance, and report results to senior management.

Experience

To be considered for the role of Marketing and Sales Manager, you must have experience working in a hybrid sales and marketing role, and be commercially focused. Your ability to understand business, marketing and brands apparent.

Your strengths are your entrepreneurial spirit, competitive drive and your sheer determination to convert leads. You'll be detail orientated and always curious to learn and know more. It goes without saying that you'll be confident speaking convincingly to senior-level prospects and be able to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment.

Remuneration

With a salary on offer ranging from £30k - £60k for the right person with the right experience, combined with generous benefits and the option to negotiate OTE, this is a great role not to be missed!
