Marketing Manager in Warwickshire

We are delighted to be working exclusively with a fast growing and independent energy business that supports businesses as they make the transition to clean energy, to recruit a new Marketing Manager into their awesome head office team.

With a focus on environmental responsibility, economic sustainability and self-sufficiency, they are driven by a creating a better world.

Working as part of this fast growing company in the renewable energy sector, as Marketing Manager you'll be responsible for:

• creating the marketing strategy with a focus on brand development/awareness and lead generation
• managing and developing a Marketing Executive
• growing and developing the social media strategy for the business
• CRM management and creation of lead generation campaigns
• analysing and reporting on campaign results
• internal stakeholder engagement
• developing and managing external agency relationships

• experienced in the development of multichannel marketing campaigns
• a record of lead generation campaign successes
• confidence in team leadership and the development of junior team members
• excellent knowledge of digital strategies and the growth of social channels
• experience in utilities and/or clean energy

• £40-45k depending on experience
