As the Social Media Director, you'll be an organised, strategic, and results-driven individual and it will be down to you to oversee social media across all of the agency and clients. You'll have responsibility for developing and executing highly effective paid and organic social media campaigns, across key channels, to drive measurable outcomes for your clients.
Growing social media followings, optimising organic reach and developing targeted campaigns that engage, comes easily to you and you love nothing more than working autonomously and guiding your clients from initial strategy to execution.
Key responsibilities will include paid and organic media campaign management; building follower growth and community engagement; developing content strategies and plans; lots of analytics and data reporting; leading and growing a social media team and budget management.
To be considered for the role of Social Media Director you need to have a proven track record in social media strategy and campaign management, with demonstrable results. You'll be in a social media focused role currently and have a strong understanding of social media platforms, tools and strategies, across both organic and paid.
You'll be able to develop content strategies and plans, be highly analytical and solution orientated, whilst also being an excellent communicator and relationship builder, able to forge great client relationships and build a collaborative team under you.
With a salary on offer of £42k+ and a profit related bonus scheme and hybrid working (3 days in the office) this is a great opportunity for anyone that is passionate about social media, driven and looking to really add value and impact within an agency.
