We want everyone to achieve a work/life balance, so we became the first recruitment agency in the Midlands to switch to a 4 day work week for all (with no reduction in pay and no increase in hours).
We know you don’t need to be in an office 9-5 Monday to Friday to perform at your best, which is why we work flexibly (whether that be in the office, working from home or working from the garden on a sunny day!)
Time out is good for the mind and soul and it’s why we provide a generous holiday allowance. Starting at 20 days each year (based on our 4 day week) and 8 bank holidays on top, rising to 25. You also get the option to buy/sell holiday too!
We are big on wellbeing! That’s why everyone receives a wellness allowance of £50 every month to spend how they see fit.
We have a benefits scheme that includes company medical insurance, enhanced pension scheme, free eye tests, annual flu vaccinations, and more!
We offer lots of company-wide incentives throughout the year, including regular socials, lunch clubs and extravagant trips away.
We provide our employees with all the tools and equipment they need to work flexibly and comfortably, providing a laptop, posh noise cancelling headphones and mobile phone allowance of £50 per month.
We offer bespoke learning and development programmes to allow all our employees to excel at work.
We also offer an annual training/self-improvement allowance of £300 to allow all our employees to excel outside of work, in whatever way they choose. Providing both professional and personal development.
We believe in giving back and that’s why we make a charitable donation on every member of our team’s 1st birthday with us, to a charity of their choice.
